VCIS require when there is need to develop standard process.
A VCIS team member meets every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.

It focused on target oriented work.
Sustain newly developed rules and regulations.
How:
A team solved problem by planning, developing, controlling, and executing the process by:
-Rigorous follow ups
-Using 5S, 5W 1H theory and 7 QC tools.
-Brain storming among team members.
